SHRIMP COCKTAIL.
Ingredients
- 6 cooked, peeled shrimp
- 1/2 cup Michelada Santa Diabla ®
- 2 limes, plus extra for glass rim
- 1/4 1cup orange juice (per mug)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (per mug)
- Hot sauce (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 serrano chile, sliced
- 1 lagger beer
- 1 lagger beer
- Tajín® for dusting glass rims and shrimp
- Ice
Instructions
DRINK
- Run lime across rim of mug.
- Dip mug in Tajín to coat evenly.
- Add ice
- Add lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and orange juice
- Fill with Clamato and beer
- Garnish with serrano chile wheels
- Lightly char/grill shrimp with salt, garlic, and black pepper
- Place 2-3 shrimp per skewer.
- Add a lime wedge on skewer as well.
- Place skewer in drink
