SHRIMP COCKTAIL.

Ingredients

  • 6 cooked, peeled shrimp
    • 1/2 cup Michelada Santa Diabla ®
      • 2 limes, plus extra for glass rim
        • 1/4 1cup orange juice (per mug)
          • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (per mug)
            • Hot sauce (to taste)
              • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
                • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
                  • 1 clove garlic
                    • 1 serrano chile, sliced
                      • 1 lagger beer
                        • 1 lagger beer
                          • Tajín® for dusting glass rims and shrimp
                            • Ice

Instructions

DRINK

  • Run lime across rim of mug.
    • Dip mug in Tajín to coat evenly.
      • Add ice
        • Add lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and orange juice
          • Fill with Clamato and beer
            • Garnish with serrano chile wheels
            • SHRIMP

              • Lightly char/grill shrimp with salt, garlic, and black pepper
                • Place 2-3 shrimp per skewer.
                  • Add a lime wedge on skewer as well.
                    • Place skewer in drink
                    • Servings: 2
